Refund policy

Subscriptions

Pro Monthly ($7.99) and Pro Yearly ($59.88) renew until you cancel.

You can cancel any time in Settings, under Billing. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

The first payment on a new subscription can be refunded in full within 14 days of that charge. Email support@scanelipdf.com with the account email and the charge date. Later renewal charges are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

7-Day Pass

The pass is a single $4.99 payment. It does not renew. It lasts 7 days from the time the payment succeeds.

We refund a pass that has not been used to run a Pro tool. If you already used watermark, protect, unlock, or stronger compression during those 7 days, the pass is not refunded.

Email support@scanelipdf.com. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe.
