The rules for using Scaneli.

These terms are between you and Daybreak Dynamic Limited ("Scaneli") for the Scaneli website at scanelipdf.com and its PDF tools.
The service
Scaneli provides browser-based PDF tools. Free use has file size, file count, and daily task limits. Pro removes those limits and includes watermark, password protection, unlock, and stronger compression.
The service is delivered digitally. A paid plan is available in your account as soon as the payment succeeds.
Plans and renewal
- Free. $0.
- 7-Day Pass. $4.99 once. It expires 7 days after payment and does not renew.
- Pro Monthly. $7.99 per month. It renews automatically until you cancel.
- Pro Yearly. $59.88 per year. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Prices are in US dollars. You can cancel a subscription in Settings, under Billing. You keep access until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are described on the refund policy page.
Your files and passwords
You must have the right to process the files you upload into the browser tools. Unlock PDF only removes a password you already know. You may not use Scaneli to break into a document, bypass a restriction you are not allowed to remove, or distribute malware.
Accounts
You are responsible for your login. Do not share the account in a way that hides who is paying.
Liability
The tools are provided as available. A browser can run out of memory on a very large file. We are not liable for lost documents, lost profits, or indirect damages, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
